Funny, that we picked the very same white hot August weekend as we did last year to tackle the head. Again.
It became abundantly clear that the aged pipes were to blame for the, er, faint yet persistant odor. So, they're gone now. And happily with two of us it actually went pretty fast. Or it could be that we were really, er, motivated to get it done really fast. Either way. Fastest boat job EVER.
Quickest and most unimpressive looking job ever too, given the high discomfort factor... Here's a hastily taken image about half way through. We changed the pipe for the seacock also.
